Head Shots by Terra Bailey of Terra Bailey Photography

Make Up By Crystal Hemphill, Mary Kay Consultant

I am a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and have always been a devout Christian.  I have been in banking full-time for all of my adult years and was in need of a fresh career change.  Mary Kay has been a wonderful blessing to both myself and my family.  My goal is to replace my full time salary in banking with my Mary Kay career.  I enjoy being able to help wonderful women (and men) properly address skin care needs and concerns and provide color and makeup services for all types of events and photos.  I have been building my Mary Kay business since September 2010 and what a journey it has been thus far.  With the support of my husband, my family and my wonderful clients I know that I will be able to reach my goals.  Watch out for the “Pink Cadillac”!

  • The Top Five Mistakes wedding pros make when submitting their news
  • Tried and true tactics to ensure your press continues to live on for future brides

Brook Thomas - Creative Director Weddings Unveiled Magazine

Learn from Brook what Weddings Unveiled is looking for in their real weddings!

Weddings Unveiled sprang from the minds of a wedding planner and a fashion photographer. They imagined a beautiful magazine reflective of the South’s modern sophisticate with a fresh, edgy take on classic style. The result proved to be one of the most exciting, talked-about wedding publications in the country by brides and wedding professionals alike. Weddings Unveiled is everything weddings with vivid imagery, lush editorials, incomparable fashion and a sophisticated manner that appeals to intelligent, modern brides.

We'll also have handouts from many other wedding magazines with directions on how to submit real weddings!

Terra Bailey- Terra Bailey Photography

Terra is going to teach you how to take photos of your weddings, in case you don't have a photographer that you bring in to do this for you.  We shouldn't trust the photograhers to shoot for us when their responsibility is the client, so learn how to do it yourself.

She'll also be doing headshots for everyone, but you must reserve your spot first (above).  She'll post them in her online gallery at www.terrabaileyphotography.com after the event.

Room Block:  Please call 704-394-4301 and ask for the Association of Bridal Consultants room block.  Roome rates are $90 per night.  Room rates will stay until March 4, 2001.
